I had the pleasure of being a part of Anita’s life and thus her going away party. Or I would like to think see you later party. She left for med school just a short while ago.

Anita is the full package, amazing personality, loyal and dependable friend, and an amazing contagious smile as well as aura. She carries good Karma and vibes wherever she goes and I know that she will succeed and do good in life for herself and others. I am sad to see her go but i know that our friendship will be just as strong and she motivates me to do what i love and harvest my talents. This smile could light up and room and brighten any dark day so i decided to share this one These below COLLAGES were taken from her going away party.

Collages are awesome and fun to do for me and a great way to highlight a memorable event.

Beach Babes: Hermosa Edition

Anita is a the bundle of joy and Persian beauty and Jen is the sun-kissed sunshine beach babe

Together they make for great models and smart ladies. Anita is moving away to start med school soon and Jen is in substance abuse research.

Tritonal Continued + before/after

A lot of you ask me what camera equipment I use etc… But in all realty the true beauty of what I do is not only in capturing that soecial shot and having an eye and feel for the camera, but truly for me, it lies in the editing. Knowing what to change, touchup, colorize. To create work of art and bring out the best in people or objects. Photography is indeed like painting and certain thigns can be done to improve an already good base image. Yes in a way its altering the memory, but in my opinion its ENHANCING and bringing out the best. So for fun I thought i would include some before and after shots. enjoy!

DJ fever on the lake

I had the pleasure of shooting the lovely Tritonal on this past Friday. Shot as one of my favorite scenic spots in Los Angeles area and then onto Venice for some food and some more random shooting. They are super nice guys and much fun as their reputation precedes them. A few complications arose but considering time and conditions I’m pretty happy with the outcome! Everything is a learning experience. Think I’m going to focus on some more indoor shots soon. Hoping to save up and but some umbrellas and more flashes/alien bee type lights. Progressing and learning and loving what I am doing.

My ode to sweets…

If anyone knows me they know I have an uncontrollable passion for sweets. Truly I think that I am cursed. My name in the farsi language means sweet. And true to my name I stay. I love tarts, cakes, cupcakes, you name it! Also, as a photographer I enjoy immensely to take pictures of the things that I love to eat bite by bite so much. I love food photography in particular sweets. These are not my photos but rather a collection of wonderful pastry photos I find to be quite enticing. Enjoy!

Baby shower bliss
